Every 蜜桃社 student-athlete is required to complete a pre-participation physical examination (including club sport athletes).

As part of the pre-participation physical, ALL varsity and club sports athletes are required to have baseline concussion testing. These baseline tests provide an indicator of what is 鈥渘ormal鈥 for each athlete while also establishing the most accurate and reliable benchmark against which post-injury results are compared. The tests are administered on campus for all new athletes during your check-in day (Fall sport athletes) or on another designated day for all other athletes.
For those student-athletes diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and are taking stimulant medications, the NCAA requires additional documentation from the physician prescribing the medication. The Sports Medicine Staff will keep all information on the prescribed medication in a confidential manner. Further instructions on the requirements are included on the ADHD form found with the electronic forms on Sportsware.
The NCAA requires that all student-athletes complete documentation regarding sickle cell trait status. You should watch and then fill out the corresponding form found on Sportsware.
